With a background in new product development & introduction, and supply chain management, Cyril has worked at Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks for more than a decade. He co-founded Vavni, an onshore-offshore engineering services firm, where he led teams to develop, validate and launch many technology products, from concept to production release, for Fortune 500 customers.

Anoop has extensive experience in managing design and development of software products and services with Silicon Valley high tech companies. At Speedera Network, he led the streaming media engineering division to create a highly scalable and available global streaming media network. He co-founded and was CEO of Vavni, an offshore-offshore engineering services firm.

With extensive experiences working in various startups in USA/Canada/China, Jonathan focused on bootstrapping concepts into actual products. Working with distributed teams across multiple continents, Jonathan ensured that the product vision is realized through excellence in engineering execution and timely delivery into the marketplace. Previously, Jonathan has led Vavni (APAC) Engineering and Operations.

Thomas has over 40 years of Product regulatory experience starting with Underwriters Laboratories and then moving to industry leaders IBM, Siemens, Nortel Networks and Sanmina. With responsibilities of clearing products for sale in 167 countries, Thomas brings great insight into the complex world of Regulatory Compliance. Additionally, Thomas has served the industry by representing the USA in the IEC Technical Committee for IT equipment acting as Co-Convener.
